1. Upload the long video
Upload a file you have the right to process — MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, and other common containers when they probe cleanly. That is the reliable start. A supported public URL also works on a best-effort basis because providers can block, geo-restrict, or remove sources. YouTube audiovisual import is disabled while prior written Google approval is pending.
2. The whole recording gets checked
Speech is transcribed with timing information, then analysis reads the full recording — so a strong moment at hour three still surfaces. Every reviewed moment comes back with a plain-language reason for why it was kept or cut.
3. Review, then download
The job page shows titles, transcripts, playback, reasons, and downloads. Short-form outputs land as vertical 9:16 MP4s with captions burned in. You decide what is worth keeping — nothing is published without you.
